The High Efficiency Screw Ship Unloader is a mechanical device specially designed for efficient and continuous unloading of bulk materials. It is widely used in ports, power, chemical and food industries. Its working principle is mainly based on the mechanical rotation of the screw mechanism. Through the two processes of vertical lifting and horizontal conveying, the materials in the cabin are continuously conveyed to the conveying system on the dock.
I. Main components and functions
The high-efficiency screw ship unloader mainly consists of the following key parts:
Vertical arm: equipped with a vertical screw conveyor, responsible for lifting the material from the cabin to a certain height.
Horizontal arm: equipped with a horizontal screw conveyor, responsible for conveying the lifted material horizontally to the predetermined position.
Turntable: Connect the vertical arm and the horizontal arm so that the horizontal arm can rotate around the center of the turntable to adjust the conveying direction.
Gantry: As the supporting structure of the entire ship unloader, it ensures the stability and safety of the ship unloader.
Feeder: Usually installed at the head of the vertical arm, used for loosening and taking materials, so that the materials can enter the vertical screw conveyor smoothly.
2. Working principle
The working principle of the efficient screw unloader can be summarized as follows:
Loosening and taking materials:
During the unloading operation, first start the feeder and lower it into the material to be unloaded.
The feeder loosens the material and takes it into its interior by rotating.
Vertical lifting:
The material enters the vertical screw conveyor under the action of the feeder.
The vertical screw conveyor rotates and uses the friction between the spiral tube wall and the spiral surface to lift the material vertically upward.
During the lifting process, the material maintains a relatively stable flow state due to the driving effect of the spiral blades.
Horizontal conveying:
When the material is lifted to the top of the vertical arm, it enters the horizontal screw conveyor in the horizontal arm through the discharge port.
The horizontal screw conveyor continues to rotate and transports the material to the predetermined position in the horizontal direction.
During the conveying process, the angle and position of the horizontal arm can be adjusted as needed to meet different unloading needs.
Continuous operation:
The high-efficiency screw ship unloader adopts a continuous operation mode, that is, during the entire unloading process, the feeder, vertical screw conveyor and horizontal screw conveyor are all kept in continuous operation.
This continuous operation mode greatly improves the unloading efficiency and reduces the amount of cargo clearance and energy consumption.
III. Features and advantages
The high-efficiency screw ship unloader has the following characteristics and advantages:
High unloading efficiency: Due to the continuous operation mode, the ship unloader can handle a large amount of bulk materials in a short time.
Strong adaptability: Suitable for various types of bulk materials, such as coal, cement, bulk grain, fertilizer, etc.
Good environmental performance: The material conveying system is fully enclosed, which reduces dust emission and noise pollution.
Simple operation: The ship unloader adopts an automatic control system, which is simple and convenient to operate.
Low maintenance cost: The structure is relatively simple and easy to maintain and maintain.
The high-efficiency screw ship unloader realizes efficient and continuous unloading of bulk materials through its unique working principle and components. At the same time, its characteristics and advantages have also made it widely used and recognized in ports, power, chemical and food industries.
It is focused on the overall solution of dry bulk material port transfer system,
research and development, manufacturing, and service
