1. Optimize design and material selection
Environmentally friendly materials: In the design and manufacturing process, environmentally friendly, recyclable or biodegradable materials should be given priority to reduce pollution to the environment. 3. Control emissions and leakage
Dust control: Dust removal devices such as bag dust collectors or wet dust collectors are installed at the head and tail of the belt conveyor to effectively collect and treat the generated dust and prevent it from being discharged into the atmosphere. At the same time, keep the conveyor belt clean and moist to reduce the generation of dust.
Liquid leakage treatment: For belt conveyors that transport liquid materials, reasonable sealing structures and leakage detection devices should be designed to detect and deal with leakage problems in time to prevent liquid pollution of soil and water bodies.
4. Waste management and recycling
Waste classification: Classify and treat the waste parts from equipment maintenance and replacement, reuse or sell the recyclable parts to recycling companies, and safely dispose of the non-recyclable parts in accordance with relevant regulations.
Waste belt treatment: Waste belts are one of the main wastes of belt conveyors, and priority should be given to recycling them, such as as raw materials for recycled rubber or for use in other fields. For waste belts that cannot be reused, they should be safely landfilled or incinerated in accordance with environmental protection requirements.
5. Intelligent management and monitoring
Intelligent monitoring system: Install intelligent sensors and monitoring systems to monitor the operating status and energy consumption of equipment in real time, detect and handle abnormal situations in a timely manner, and improve the operating efficiency and safety of equipment.
Remote management: Remote management and maintenance of equipment is achieved through Internet of Things technology, reducing the time and frequency of on-site operations of personnel and reducing the impact on the environment.
