1. Improvement of Equipment Structure
Fully Enclosed Design: Environmentally Friendly Cement Clinker Ship Unloader adopts an overall enclosed structural design, which is fully sealed from the feed port to the discharge port. This design ensures that during the unloading process, the cement clinker is always processed in a closed environment to avoid dust leakage. Inside the spiral feeder, a dust collection and dust suppression system is integrated. When the spiral feeder takes materials in the cabin, the system can quickly collect dust caused by material flow and material layer collapse, effectively suppressing the generation of dust. The subsequent lifting and conveying belt conveyor also adopts a fully sealed design. A bag dust collector is provided at the tail of the belt conveyor, and a slight negative pressure is generated in the sealed channel, which further solves the problem of flying dust. This design ensures the full closure of the material during transportation and prevents dust leakage.
Forced feeder and high-speed screw: By adopting a special structure of forced feeder and high-speed screw, Environmentally Friendly Cement Clinker Ship Unloader can quickly and effectively remove cement clinker from the ship's hold, reducing the dust generated by long-term operation.
Multi-point dust removal system: Dust removal equipment is installed at multiple material drop points of the ship unloader to form a multi-point dust removal system. These dust removal equipment has a large installed power (such as 15KW) and a processing air volume (8000~12000m³/h), which can quickly collect the generated dust and prevent it from spreading into the environment.
2. High-efficiency and energy-saving design
Lightweight high-speed screw: The lightweight high-speed screw used by Environmentally Friendly Cement Clinker Ship Unloader not only improves the unloading capacity, but also makes the unloading process more energy-efficient. Compared with pneumatic unloaders, the average power consumption of this ship unloader is only 20%~28% of the former, which greatly reduces energy consumption.
Centralized control system: Central control platform: As the core part of the entire system, it is responsible for receiving, processing and distributing various information and instructions, and monitoring and managing the system. The central control platform may be a highly integrated computer system that can process data from multiple sensors, actuators, and user interfaces. Sensors and actuators: distributed in various controlled areas or devices, used to sense the environment or equipment status and execute instructions issued by the control platform. Sensors can monitor parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, position, etc. in real time, while actuators are responsible for performing actions such as switching and adjustment. Communication network: used to connect the central control platform and sensors, actuators and other devices to achieve information transmission and interaction. Communication networks can be built based on wired (such as Ethernet, optical fiber, etc.) or wireless (such as Wi-Fi, ZigBee, etc.) technologies. User interface: an interface provided to operators for interacting with the system, including control panels, monitoring screens, mobile applications, etc. The user interface is usually designed to be intuitive and easy to use so that operators can quickly grasp the system status and issue instructions.
3. Operation and maintenance optimization
"Light grab and slow release" operation method: In order to reduce the generation of dust, the ship unloader adopts the "light grab and slow release" operation method during operation. Although this method reduces production efficiency, it effectively reduces dust emissions.
Design of wearing parts: Environmentally Friendly Cement Clinker Ship Unloader designs the wear point at the reclaiming head and uses high-strength wear-resistant materials. At the same time, wearing parts are easy to replace. This design extends the service life of the ship unloader and reduces the waste generated by frequent replacement of parts.
IV. Cleaning management
Regular cleaning: In order to keep the Environmentally Friendly Cement Clinker Ship Unloader and its surrounding areas clean, a regular cleaning plan has been formulated. By regularly cleaning the accumulated dust, the chance of dust falling and spreading is reduced.
